PT Bumi Barito Mineral is an established coal company which focusing metallurgical coal production currently require a fully dedicated and motivated person to fill some position as a Mine Production Supervisor.

MAIN TASKS    :

Perform operational supervision functions of mining processes in the field to achieve production targets and other targets related to production.

QUALIFICATION:

1. The last education is at least D3 / S1 Mining with five (5) years of experience as a Mine Supervisor in mining companies or mining contractors.
2. Have POP Certification (preferably).
3. Able to perform and control the operation of heavy equipment.
4. Understand mining or pit service.
5. Understand open-pit mining operations, including pit service, dewatering, drill and blast.
6. Be firm and committed to developing subordinate competencies.
7. Have communication and leadership skills.
8. Review actual achievements of production, identify issues that hinder work progress and determine actions necessary for production targets to be achieved or exceeded and engage in regular meetings with customers to review actual achievements and discuss work plans.
9. Ready to be compressed throughout the project site Murung Raya-Central Kalimantan
