PT Bumi Barito Mineral is an established coal mining company focusing on metallurgical coal production currently require a fully dedicated and motivated person to fill a position in the Legal Department.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
• Preferable to have at least 5 Year(s) of working experience on legal matter with a minimum 3 years experience in the mining industry.
• Required Skill(s): Up to date knowledge of the Law in Indonesia and in particular regulations related to the Mining Industry.
• HaveLawyer License (PERADI, etc)
• Experience in litigation matter and corporate law.
• Able to travel on business trip and able to work under pressure.
• Work Placement: Permata Hijau, Kebayoran Lama.

Job Role Descriptions:

• Examine company document and provide legal advice to senior management in area where risk exist.
• Provide recommendation to management to improve procedure on how to mitigate risk.
• Accompany or represent the company in handling legal matter.
• Review and drafting of legal documents.
• To go on business trip including travelling to mine site to handle legal issues
• Good analytical thinking, detail oriented, and high accuracy.
