PT Bumi Barito Mineral is an established coal company which focusing metallurgical coal production currently require a fully dedicated and motivated person to fill some position in the  Civil Engineer Department.

Job Descriptions:

1. Set out and organize the works in accordance with the drawings and specifications
2. Liaise with main contractor, consultant, as necessary for site work progress
3. Enforce the relevant safety rules at site and make sure personal protective equipment is worn as and where required by the staff / workmen under their responsibility
4. Attend coordination meetings organized by main contractor and consultants etc
5. Conduct daily briefing with site team leaders to follow-up and report on the work progress in order to anticipate any possible delays with regards to planned tasks
6. Take immediate corrective action to avoid any cumulative effect of such deviation and recover the delay to finish the task in due time
7. Report to Manager or Department Head

Requirements:

1. Aged 50 years and below
2. Diploma or degree in Engineering (Civil)
3. At least 10 years of experience in construction sector, preferably experienced in the mining industry
4. Have experience of infrastructure project in mining company is a plus
5. Must have strong background in piling works and concrete works
6. Has experience in Work Inspection Report (WIR) and Material Inspection Report (MIR)
7. Familiar with civil work software such as Autocad or others
8. Excellent communication skills in English
